Website Ordering Information

To shop via the web store, you need to choose a department under Shopping to browse, or use the Search Feature to find a specific item. You will then add each item to your shopping cart. At any time you can view your cart or check out.

If you want your billing and shipping information kept for future purchases, you can Create an Account with your first order. If you do create an account, you will need to remember your login and password to access the account as your billing and shipping information will be saved along with previous purchases.

If you do forget you password, you can have it e-mailed to you from the account log-in screen.

When you visit this site in the future, go to Manage Account page to use your saved information at the checkout. (Please note that you will have to enter your credit card information each time you make a purchase.)

Payment Options

Quilted Bear Den accepts Visa and MasterCard through our online store. We also accept Discover for mail order, phone orders and at our location in Hyde Park, NY. For those of you who do not want to use the internet for purchases, we will gladly process you order by phone with a credit card or by mail with a money order or check!

You can complete the order online and choose "check" or "Money Order" payment options and print out your invoice to mail in with your payment. We also have an order form available to print out and send in with your payment:

Shipping and Handling Charges

All Orders are shipped within two days when possible. Orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS. At this time we cannot accept orders from Canada and overseas. Orders placed online will automatically have the following rates applied. If you need to send something to us, please use this chart to estimate your shipping charges.
